Cancel the subscription plan
Learn how to cancel your TrackHQ subscription plan and when cancellation takes effect.
To cancel your subscription plan:
- Go to Settings.
- Open Billing.
- Click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm cancellation.
After confirmation, the cancellation request is submitted.
Note: Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade and Cancellation take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
