Plan lifecycle
- Upgrades take effect immediately after Shopify approval.
- Downgrades and cancellations apply at period end.
- Usage counters refresh by billing period.
Charges and quota
- Every plan includes shipment quota per billing period.
- Paid plans can continue above included shipments with overage pricing, up to configured spending cap rules.
- Starter/free plan behavior follows quota blocking limits.
