How to track previous orders?

Learn how to manually sync and track previously shipped Shopify orders in TrackHQ.

TrackHQ lets you track orders shipped from your Shopify store within 7, 15, 30, 60, and 90 days. Tracking numbers and related information are retained for 180 days.

The operation steps are:

1. Go to the Shipments page and click Sync Orders in the top-right corner.
2. Select the time range. The shipping time is used as the reference.
3. Start manual sync and wait for completion.

Manual sync may take 1-10 minutes depending on the order quantity.
