Understand every TrackHQ shipment status and what each status means.
Each tracking number is represented by a status at every step of the shipment's journey. In addition, the carrier provides sub-statuses.
Pending
Tracking is in progress, and the system is attempting to retrieve shipping information.
Not found
Package is not found at this moment. If necessary, please verify it with the package sender and check back later.
General explanation:
- The carrier has not accepted your package yet or has not scanned and entered tracking information yet.
- Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
- The item was posted a long time ago and tracking info is no longer available.
Info received
The carrier has received the order information for the shipment and is about to pick it up.
In transit
Package has shipped from the origin and is en route to its destination.
General explanation:
- Your package has been handed over to the carrier.
- Your package has been dispatched or departed from its country of origin.
- Your package has arrived in the destination country and is pending customs inspection.
- Your package has arrived in the destination country and is in domestic transportation.
- Your package is in another transportation period. For example, it is in a transit country and will be forwarded to the final destination country.
Out for delivery
Package is out for delivery.
Pick up
Package has arrived at a nearby pick-up point. Please pick it up soon to avoid return to sender.
Delivered
Package was delivered successfully.
Undelivered
Package delivery was attempted but failed. Please contact the carrier for clarification.
Possible reasons for unsuccessful delivery:
- Addressee not available at time of delivery
- Delivery delayed and rescheduled
- Addressee requested later delivery
- Address problem (unable to locate premises)
- Rural or remote area constraints
Alert
Package might be in an unusual shipping condition. This may be due to several reasons, most commonly return to sender, customs issues, loss, or damage.
General explanation:
- The package is being returned to sender due to refusal, incorrect or incomplete address, expired retention period, addressee absence, etc.
- The package may be retained by customs due to prohibited goods, restricted import rules, tax payable, or other unspecified reasons.
- The package may have been damaged or lost during transportation.
Expired
Package has been in transit for a long time (more than 75 days since Info received) and still has no delivered result.
General explanation:
- At some stage, the carrier did not update tracking due to high postage volume.
- The carrier omitted tracking updates.
- The package may have been lost during transportation.
