How does TrackHQ work? How do I get started?

TrackHQ is built for Shopify sellers and runs on Shopify data. To offer a trackable query experience to your customers, orders should have complete logistics data in the Shipments section.

1. How does TrackHQ work?

Tracking numbers are the foundation of TrackHQ workflows. After installation, TrackHQ reads order data from Shopify. Once tracking numbers are available on fulfilled orders, TrackHQ can power:

  • Tracking page updates
  • Email notification triggers
  • Logistics analytics

2. How do I get started with TrackHQ?

  1. In the Shopify admin panel, make sure all orders have a tracking number uploaded. Fill in the tracking number in your Shopify backend under "Orders." The orders will then be automatically synced with TrackHQ App's "Shipments" section for tracking

  2. To sync past orders, in TrackHQ Shipments, click Sync Orders and choose a date range. The system will starting syncing orders within your selected time period.

    Note: After installation, we will automatically sync your store's orders from the past 7 days to the Shipments page (maximum of 50 orders). These synced orders will NOT be counted in your plan quota.

    Note: Orders that are synced manually using the "sync orders" button will be counted in your plan quota.
  3. Configure your Tracking Page so customers can self-serve.

  4. Customize Email Notifications and enable the statuses you need.

  5. Set trackign quota alerts so that you will be reminded when your tracking quota is about to be exhausted.
