How to modify my tracking page URL?

The tracking url is the url of the page where customers see the tracking page, where they can track the status of their order by putting order id / tracking number. To maintain brand consistency and improve customer experience, you can change your tracking page URL.

Note: You cannot modify this link if your Shopify store is Not open or under construction.

Please follow these steps in order.

Step 1: Modify in Shopify admin

  1. Go to Shopify admin.

  2. Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> TrackHQ to open app details.

  3. Scroll down to App proxy section, Click on the Customize URL button.

  4. Enter your new URL path (for example, track-your-order) and save.

Step 2: Synchronize in TrackHQ admin

  1. Log in to TrackHQ admin.

  2. Go to Tracking page >> Manage Page URLs.

  3. Click on the edit button, go to step 3 and enter the exact same URL path as in Shopify admin.

  4. Click Confirm to complete synchronization.

Update and effective date

When both steps are complete, the change takes effect immediately.

  • Link activation: Applies automatically to existing shipments synced in the last 30 days, and all newly synced shipments use the new tracking link.
  • Navigation update: If the old link is in your store navigation, it is automatically updated to the new link.
