What Information Is Displayed in the Tracking Page Results?

Understand what customers can see on the TrackHQ tracking page results, including statuses, timeline, and order details.

When customers check their orders on the tracking page, TrackHQ automatically provides comprehensive logistics status and shipment tracking details.

The key information visible to customers includes:

I. Core logistics status

  • Tracking Number: The tracking number used for the query.
  • Primary Status: Key milestones such as In transit or Delivered.
  • Sub-status: More detailed status descriptions (for example, Arrived at sorting center).
  • Transit Time: The estimated total duration from dispatch to delivery.
  • Estimated Delivery Date (EDD): The system displays EDD using this priority:
    • Carrier-provided EDD (more authoritative, shown first)
    • Your custom EDD (shown when carrier EDD is unavailable)
Note: the system prioritizes the carrier's official EDD. If no carrier EDD is provided and you configured a custom EDD, the custom estimate is shown. If neither is available, no EDD is shown. Once the package is delivered, the actual delivery time is shown instead.

II. Detailed tracking timeline

  • Complete Timeline: All logistics checkpoints and operation times from dispatch to delivery.
  • Origin & Destination: Shipment country of origin and destination country.
  • Carrier Information: Origin carrier, destination carrier, and contact details.

III. Associated order and product information

  • Order Information: Related details such as store order number.
  • Product Information: Basic purchased item information (for example, product image and name).

IV. Notes on special cases

  • Split Shipments: If one order is shipped in multiple packages, querying by the original order number shows all shipped packages together, with each package's logistics status.
