What are the benefits of a Branded Tracking Page?

1) Show your brand name in the tracking page URL

When the TrackHQ app is connected to your store, the tracking page URL shows your store or brand name.

  • If the app is not connected to a store, the tracking page URL shows your TrackHQ account name.
  • If the app is connected to more than one store, a dedicated URL is created for each store and shows each store or brand name.

2) Customize the tracking page to create a unique brand image

You can customize modules, style, and languages for the tracking page.

Note: Redirection only takes effect for orders synced after the feature is enabled.

When redirection is enabled, clicking tracking numbers takes customers to your branded tracking page.

Supported redirection locations include:

  • The order details page via shipping confirmation email
  • The order details page inside Shopify admin
